Day 1.. and for a change I'm not discussing the SPC outlook!
I'm doing a little experiment. Mostly because I've felt so stressed, and I feel like my mental and physical health is suffering. So....
I'm trying a low sodium version of the South Beach diet. 30 minutes a day must be spent on either meditation (i.e. being somewhere quiet... away from computer, phone, TV) or exercise. At the beginning of the week, I'm taking my BP and recording my weight.
After 1 month, I'll present the results here and see if I stuck to it or not! :)
Anyway.... I hope it works! I've been feeling rather crappy lately!
